The candidate will be part of the investment team in Rome, Italy and support the investment professionals in origination and execution of global investment opportunities as well as in monitoring and control activities over portfolio companies

MAIN TASKS:

• Conducting industry and market analysis to support origination efforts

• Undertaking analysis of new investment opportunities (including analysis of company financials, markets, competition and strategy)

• Proactively supporting the investment professionals on transactions (including due diligence and preparation of investment papers)

• Preparation of financial models

• Presentation of findings and analyses to the Investment Committee

REQUIREMENTS:

We are looking for ambitious individuals, who have already collected first practical experiences in relevant internships. Candidates should be international minded team players, possess strong analytical, commercial and communicative skills, have a self-starting mentality and be great fun to work with. Candidates should be students graduating from Bachelor or Master Degrees with international experiences (i.e. exchange program or internships)

 

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills

• High degree of professionalism as well as strong drive and commitment

• Excellent communication skills and team player

• Excellent oral and written command in English (additional language is a plus)

• Solid PC knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint)

• Previous work experience from internships favorable
