What the Recruiting & Employer Branding team does

The task of this division is to attract, select and onboard the best candidates in the BNP Paribas Group (Commercial Banking, Securities Services, Factoring, Insurance, Leasing, Asset Management and Corporate & Investment Banking) in Italy.

What it means to do an internship in BNL - Recruiting & Employer Branding 

Receive structured training from professionals mainly about the selection activities:

• Management of the recruiting channels: editing and publication of announcement, CV screening;

• Organization and management of the assessment center: telephone interview, support in selection days, candidates follow up;

• Monitoring of internal tools and back office activities;

• Employer Branding activities support: participation to Career Day.

Minimum requirements to participate in the selections

Education: about to graduate/graduate in the MSc in faculties related to Human Resources;

Behavioral skills: good attitude to work in teams, organizational skills, analysis skills, flexibility and proactivity;

Technical skills: excellent knowledge Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet Explorer);

Language skills: Fluent level of English and Italian

Duration and remuneration

The internship contract has a duration of 6 months in the team of Milan and can be activated within 12 months of achieving of the last school-leaving certificate.
