Learning Analyst
As a Learning Analyst, you will:
-
Work on international projects supporting the team in the project delivery and develop good relationship basis with your client peers.

Develop Best Practice solutions together with the clients, following the analysis of business problems and challenges of the client.

Support the client in the implementation of Continuous Learning approach, based on the developed Best Practice.
The project delivery will be done primarily at the customer sites. In building trustful client relationships, you should contribute to a supportive project environment, being in a position to catch additional business opportunities.
What we are looking for:

Top level Master’s degree of Science in Economy or Engineering

Some initial international education/work experience

Good attitude towards problem solving and analytical methods

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Energy and proactivity toward new challenges

Flexible to travel in EU
-
Fluent English and other European language.
