Your tasks:

 

• You are the central link between our customers and our internal departments - you support and advise our clients and you help our internal teams fully understand our clients’ needs

• You support the founder team on a variety of business development topics to sustainably drive the overall business performance

• You support our team with creative and new lead generation ideas

• You frequently communicate with considerably more senior clients, representing ExpertLead and our services to our clients 

• You build long-term, trusting relationship with our clients

Qualifications: 

​

• You demonstrated your drive and ambition during your studies by belonging to the best-performing students and by taking on additional responsibilities/ tasks at university

• You already gained previous, relevant work experience with start-ups or larger corporates - experience within Consulting or Banking is a plus

• You are result-oriented and you possess strong communication and negotiation skills 

• You enjoy working in teams and you are always eager to learn and improve

• You have a high degree of motivation and self-responsibility

• You are currently enrolled in university or recently graduated 

• You speak English fluently, German is a plus

• You are open to moving to Berlin and stay with ExpertLead for at least three months (full-time)
