Global Procurement Operations Intern 

This is a role for someone who craves a global challenge balanced by the desire to be accountable for delivering against the model in the largest business unit for Kraft Heinz. It is both a strategic and a tactical position. If you are looking to do something special, something big – look no further.


PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Strong Communication with all levels of management and peers, both internally and externally

  • Support Global projects to ensure standardization of Global Procurement Playbook and Processes

  • Responsible for assisting the procurement operations functions related to SAP-SRM, SAP BI, Agile, Ark

  • Contribute to the development of stakeholders and end users by sharing best practices

  • Have a moderate understanding of general business operations including operational support, procurement processes support

  • Manage additional ad hoc responsibilities/projects as they occur; may be called upon to solve non -routine problems, and be consulted on other projects

  • Develop and implement new best practices, document new practices and provide training to global procurement and other KHC business units

  • Based on the learnings make and drive proposals for systems and process improvements

 

Candidate Profile:

 

  • Applicant should be in the final stage (3rd/4th year of study) of a Bachelors or Masters study in Economics/Business Administration/Supply Chain Management

  • Interested in pursuing a career in Procurement/Purchasing

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong in verbal and written business English, second & third language is a plus backed up with proactive and persuasive character

  • Excellent computer skills – Outlook, Word, Power Point, especially Excel

  • Affinity with Systems – ERP, SAP, SRM, SAP MDM, Ariba CM

  • Good reporting and analytical skills

  • Self-starter, able to accomplish tasks on own initiative
