What you will do

 

  • You are going to work within the Business Development South Europe team, having a multi-functional role in order to maximize the growth of ManoMano.it. You will be the referent with our strategic partners. Your mission will be to select strategic partners, negotiate with suppliers and the creation of the right offer of products. ManoMano is growing internationally and you will be in touch with French, Spanish, English and German suppliers. Your business skills will allow you to reach your goals and increase your negotiation talent. Working with an international and dynamic team, you will improve your skills developed in your previous work experiences.

 

Within this department, you are more particularly responsible of: 

 

 1. Sourcing and Market analysis:

  • Analysis of the Italian market, identification and valuation of the principal players in e-commerce in Italy

  • Design and development of new partnerships

  • Definition of ad hoc commercial proposals, based on the partner considered

 

2. Support to Italian partners:

  • Coordination of relations between ManoMano and Italian partners

  • Optimization of the integration of partners on the platform and support in the definition of the best actions to increase their business

  • Work in close relation with partners to ensure their success on ManoMano.it

 

3. Commercial animation and special operations:

  • Identification of products to promote, exercising an active and propositive role in the strategy defined

  • Constant collaboration with the marketing team to optimize promotions' results

 

Requirements

 

  • Student of a Business school or top-tier universities with an interest in e-commerce and looking for an experience in International Business Development

 

  • Italian native, good level of English, French and Spanish are considered a plus

 

  • Windows Office proficiency

 

  • Able to work autonomously, with an entrepreneurial spirit

Your role:

Internship Technical Account Manager

 

The Technical Account Manager's mission is to help our sellers in their partnership with ManoMano and ensure high-quality support.

As a member of the Technical Account Management team, you will become a reference for our sellers, available and responsive. We want to create a qualitative and trust relationship with them for a long-term partnership. We act as a privileged interlocutor between ManoMano and our dealers.

 

Your role :

 

- Integrate new sellers:

a) Accompany new sellers for integration

b) Optimize the merchant catalogue and plan the architecture of the products on the site to improve user navigation

c) Facilitating the integration of international seller on foreign platforms

 

- Become a reference point for the partners of the Italian platform:

a) Ensure support for technical questions and be proactive in anticipating possible problems, improving their ManoMano experience.

b) Facilitate sellers to use all the features on the site

c) Ensure the quality of the services offered

d) Establish and develop a lasting and profound relationship

 

- Define new features and work tools to improve the Italian catalogue.

 

- Guarantee and improve the ManoMano nomenclature, its functionality and its consistency

 

Profil :

 

You are interested in the e-commerce world and you are looking for an experience as an Account Manager. You are available immediately for a curricular internship of 4 - 6 months.

 

  • Italian: mother tongue wrote and spoken / excellent knowledge
