Marketing & Communication Assistant

What you will do:

Communication / CRM / PRM:

Lead management via the Maserati Salesforce system (from Web, communication, event, others)
Support in the validation of print/digital communication
Point of contact with French agencies and the HQ.

External communication :

Editing communications for French Network (Product, Marketing, Events, others).

Brochures and catalogs:

Editing/ adaptation of brand/product brochures produced by the HQ

Presentations and reports:

Construction of monthly / quarterly presentations to be sent to HQ.
In charge of writing reports post events.

Events:

Assisting the Marketing Manager France in the organization, monitoring and animation of events
Point of contact with agencies, suppliers and HQ. Pool Maserati vehicles:
- Ensures and coordinates the monitoring of the Pool Maserati France schedule
- Coordinates car maintenance management.
Others:
- Work in a coordinated way with other services (sales and after-sales).
