Background education: they have or are about to obtain a Master's degree in Management engineering, retail management, innovation technology management, innovation management, business analytics, Management, Digital marketing, digital innovation management and similar.
skills: Fluency in English, organizational skills, predisposition for innovation, a creative and pragmatic thinking with a mindset for problem solving, a good understanding of emerging business and technological trends, Basic understanding of innovation ecosystem and technologies - presentation and communication skills, Motivation, proactivity, dynamism, energy, passion, desire to accomplish and learn new things.
